A circular medal constructed of bronze, the obverse bears two nude male figures, one of which holds a flag with a swastika that flies behind them, both are standing on a podium with an eagle holding a wreath with a swastika in the centre, the reverse centre bears the inscription “1 OKTOBER 1938” circumscribed with “EIN VOLK EIN REICH EIN FÜHRER” (ONE PEOPLE ONE COUNTRY ONE LEADER), with suspension loop.
